Admission Procedure

  • The interested cadets can download the application form from our website(www.seamanstaffingsloutions.com) or can collect it directly at any of our offices.
  • The cadet should submit the application form along with all the enclosures within 15 days from the date of results.
  • After scrutinizing the applications, Seaman Staffing Solutions will announce the list of the selected cadets.
  • The selected cadet should undergo the D.G.S approved medical test.The medical test will cost Rs.500/-
  • Once the cadet is found medically fit then Seaman Staffing Solutions will inform the cadet for personal interview.
  • The successful cadets have to pay the first installment of fees at the time of admission, if the cadet fails to pay the fee within the specified date he will lose the priority for admission.
  • Further payment instructions will be given to the cadet at the time of admission.
  • It is the responsibility of the cadet to furnish full details and correct information in the application form. Any admissions made on the basis of wrong information given by the cadet or due to any oversight by the admission cell which is detected after the admissions, the management reserves the right to cancel the admission at the cost and risk of the cadet.
  • The cadet whose admission does not comply with the norms laid down by the D.G. Shipping / University, then the management reserves the right to cancel the admission of the cadet irrespective of the fact that he/she fulfills all the academic requirements of the course. The decision of the management shall be final and legally binding on the cadet.

The fee includes

  • The Tuition fees, Training Materials, Notebooks, Textbooks, Examination Fees, University & DG Shipping fees.
  • Two sets of complete uniform for classroom, sports and workshops.
  • Dining utensils.
  • The accommodation,bedding items and locker.
  • INDoS, CDC, STCW courses.
  • Fees in any form paid to the institution is non refundable however, if the student's admission is rejected on medical grounds then 20% of fees paid will be deducted towards processing charges and the balance will be refunded in 90 working days.

Jurisdiction : Disputes, if any arising out of this agreement is subject to the Court of Law in India and the place is Hubli, Karnataka, India.
